脲醛树脂微胶囊的制备及其对环氧树脂的修复作用

Abstract
Metal anticorrosion is an important issue in national production,and the most effective method is to cover anticorrosion coatings on metal surface. Over time,the coating will produce micro-cracks and breakage,which may eventually damage the material and cause accidents. Microcapsule technology is a kind of film material to form a solid or liquid into a small particle technology,microcapsules formed after the material has many unique properties,fill in the paint can improve the performance of the coating. In this paper,the use of in situ polymerization to OP-10 as an emulsifier, the dosage of the core material 5%,stirring speed 900rpm,polymerization pH = 3.5,and control acidification time is 90min,the preparation of a complete spherical micro-capsule filled with metal anti-corrosion coating. When the dosage of microcapsule is the coating of the 10%,the paint has self-repairing effect.关键词
