Research progress of general anesthesia in the pharmacogenetics
摘要
Abstract
General anesthesia is a state of unconsciousness,amnesia,analgesia and akinesia induced by drugs used in general anesthesia.Along with the development of pharmacogenetics and pharmacogenomics,pharmacogenetic studies of these drugs have been carried out continuously.This review summarizes the pharmacogenetics of commonly used general anesthesia drugs like analgesics,sedative-hypnotics,neuromuscular blockers and antiemetics in recent years.关键词
