Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect and satisfaction of botulinum toxin type A injection combined with hyaluronic acid chin filling to reconstruct the facial contour of the lower 1/3. Methods 120 patients who met the requirements of the study were treated with bilateral botulinum toxin A injection (50U/ side) and chin hyaluronic acid filling (1ml). The bilateral masseter muscle strength and the following changes were evaluated after the operation, and the satisfaction of the cosmetology was investigated. Results 120 cases of cosmetic patients followed up for 3 months, 92 cases were very satisfied, 19 cases were satisfied and 9 cases were dissatisfied, the total satisfaction was 92.50%. The muscle strength changes were not obvious. Before treatment, the ∠AOB was (132.4±16.2)°, after 3 months of treatment for ∠aqb was (118.7+13.7)°, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of botulinum toxin type A injection combined with hyaluronic acid chin filling in the reconstruction of facial contour is obvious, the satisfaction is high, and it is worth popularizing.关键词
