Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of diverted drainage combined with vacuum sealing drainage technique to repair the perineal laceration. Methods A retrospective study was performed in 9 patients with perineal laceration in our hospital from September 2012 to September 2016, 5 patients with perineal laceration in the research group were treated using the combination of diverted drainage to the VSD. 4 patients in the control group were treated using the combination of the drainage of the original wound to the VSD. The time of the dressing change, antibiotic use and the hospitalization of the two groups of patients were recorded, and the curative effect of the two groups after operation was compared. Results The time of dressing change, antibiotic use and hospitalization in the study group were all less than those of the control group, and the total effective rate in the study group (100%) was higher than that of the control group (50%), the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Diverted drainage combined with VSD is an ideal method for the repair of perineal laceration, the effect is remarkable and worth promoting.关键词
