Abstract
Objective To examine and access the clinical effect of sodium hyaluronic composite solution by microneedles in the treatment for facial rejuvenation. Methods A total of 15 participants were treated with sodium hyaluronic composite solution by microneedles, all participants underwent up to 5 sessions of treatment at 2-week intervals. Photos,VISIA detection value of spots, texture, pores and wrinkles, participants' self-satisfaction scale, and adverse events were evaluated by physician and participants independently at preoperatively, after 5 sessions of treatment, 1 and 2 months after the final treatment session. Results The VISIA detection value of spots,texture,pores and wrinkles were significantly reduced after 3,5 sessions of treatment and in follow-up 1 month (P<0.05), and the effective rate was 73.33%, 86.67% and 93.33%, and statistic of subjective evaluation from the participants became higher. Conclusion Injectable sodium hyaluronic composite solution by microneedles is a promising option for facial rejuvenation.关键词
