Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of nano silver antibacterial gel joint rhGM-CSF on the deep Ⅱ degrees of rat scalded wound healing and the number of macrophages, the microvascular density. Methods A total of 114 healthy SD rats (6 rats served as non scald normal control group, without any treatment) were selected, the remaining SD rats were randomly divided into 3 groups, the rhGM-CSF group, the combination group and the model group, 36 rats in each group. The deep second degree scald wound model was made, the rhGM-CSF group was treated with rhGM-CSF, the combination group was treated with nano silver antibacterial gel and rhGM-CSF, and no treatment was given to rats of the model group. The rate of wound healing, the number of macrophages and the number of microvessel density in each group were compared. Results At the same time, the healing rate of the rhGM-CSF group and the combination group were higher than those of the model group, and the combination group was significantly higher than the rhGM-CSF group, the difference were statistically significant (P<0.05). The number of macrophages in the combination group on the 3, 11, 14d were less than those of the model group and the rhGM-CSF group (P<0.05). The number of microvessels in the combination group on the 3, 7, 11d were significantly higher than those of the model group and the rhGM-CSF group (P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of nano silver antibacterial gel joint rhGM-CSF treatment was exact, and can promote the healing of scalded wounds by affecting the number and angiogenesis of burn wounds.关键词
