摘要

Abstract

The traditional combination process of riveting and pressing was modified by using a shaft rotor as an insert to be injection-molded with wind blades together as an integral.This design led to a reduction in cost and an improvement in productivity.To eliminate the influence of rotor quality,a static balance guiding track framework was adopted to conduct a static balance test on the pure fan,which effectively avoided misjudgments toward the balance correction caused by rotor factors from mold repairing.Owing to the simple structure of static balance frame,the experimental results were accurate and reliable for the correction of equilibrium amount using a deweighting method.
