摘要
Abstract
This article analyzed the effect of Principal investigator (PI) systems according to its performance of scientific research outcomes.Taking The Institute of Blood Transfusion CAMS (IBT),as an example,the outcomes of project achievements,the output profits,and cooperation status before and after the implementation of scientific research works under PI systems.The results show that PI system works so good and so productive which is a kind of scientific research management mode to promote the development of scientific achievements.This implies that PI management model in line with the characteristics of blood transfusion research and development,is conducive to stimulate the enthusiasm of scientific research personnel,is conducive to promoting transfusion medicine with a rapid speed of increasing science and technology innovation ability.And it reveals that the PI management model may be an effective system under the new situation of science and technology development.关键词
