Research progress on influencing factors and biomarkers of RBCs storage lesion
摘要
Abstract
Red blood cells (RBCs) storage lesion is the combination result of many factors,involving multiple biological phenomenon.Variability of blood donor,RBCs preparation and RBCs storage process will affect the quality of stored RBCs,result in different preserve quality of RBC during the same storage time,thereby affecting the clinical infusion effect of RBCs.How to evaluate the quality of stored RBCs is also the focus of our attention.In recent years,with the development of science and technology in recent years,the study of metabolites,protein,RNA and eryptosis biomarkers during RBCs storage lesion creates a new situation in storage lesion research.关键词
