高效液相法检测鸡盲肠中的沙咪珠利
DETERMINATION OF ETHANAMIZURIL RESIDUE IN CHICKEN CAECUM USING HIGH PERFORMANCE LIQUID CHROMATOGRAPHY

Abstract
The metabolism and elimination of a new anticoccidial drug ethanamizuril in chicken caecum was determined using high performance liquid chromatography. Separation was carried out on a X TERRA MS C18 column (Waters, 4.6×250 mm) with acetonitrile-0.2% phosphoric acid aqueous solution (v:v, 35:65) as a mobile phase. PDA UV detection was done at 251 nm. Toltrazuril sulfoxide was used as internal standard. Caecum samples of chickens were homogenized and ethanamizuril was extracted with acetonitrile followed by defatting with hexane. The detection level was linear over the range of 0.2~40 mg/kg and showed a good linear relationship (r2=0.994).The relative recovery was in the range of 90%~107%.The intra-and inter-day precisions(as coefficient of variation)were 2.37%~8.72% and 4.09%~6.80%. The results showed that the high performance liquid chromatography was a rapid, sensitive, and reliable method for detection of ethanamizuril in chicken caecum.关键词
