上海市闵行区宠物犬体表蜱及蜱传病原体初步调查
INVESTIGATION OF TICKS AND TICKBORNE PATHOGENS IN PET DOGS IN SHANGHAI MINHANG STRICT

Abstract
To investigate the ticks and tickborne pathogens in pet dogs in Minhang strict of Shanghai, 183 tick samples were collected from nearly 2700 pet dogs. With gross observation, 2.06% of the pet dogs carried ticks, and the carrying ticks ratio is 0.066. Based on the morphological analyses in laboratory,these ticks belong to the species of R.sanguineus.Polymerase chain reaction assay(PCR)analysis was used to identify the potential pathogens in the 183 tick samples and another 392 canine serum samples. The pathogen E. canis were detected in 0.5% of the ticks and 2.29% of the blood samples.Some other pathogens such as Borrelia.spp and A.phagocytophilum were not detected in both ticks and blood samples. These results indicated that both ticks and tickborne pathogens were found in pet dogs in Shanghai Minhang strict, so it is necessary to strengthen the prevention and control of the ticks and tickborne pathogens.关键词
