儿童口腔舒适化治疗的医疗安全考量
Consideration of security in children's oral comfort treatment
摘要
Abstract
As a special group in the treatment of stomatology,children's tolerance to pain is affected by many factors.In dental treatment for children,if we cannot choose the appropriate behavior management and pain relief,compulsory treatment will leave a psychological shadow for children,which is likely to lead to strong resistance and avoidance behavior,which will bring difficulties for subsequent treatment.With the social progress and the development of the oral medicine,children comfortable treatment is more and more accepted by medical staff and patients.Oral sedation and analgesia therapy increased the compliance of children,and alleviatefear,conducive to the development of the mental health.As the treatment of children's comfort involves many disciplines and fields,there are many challenges and risks at the same time.This article summarizes the different sedative and analgesic methods of children's oral comfort treatment and the current controversy analysis,hoping to help children's stomatology doctorand anesthesiologists.关键词
