镍钛器械分离对根管治疗预后影响临床研究
Impact of a retained instrument on outcome of endodontic treatment
摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the impact of a retained Ni-Tiinstrument on outcome of root canal treatment.Methods Forty teeth were collected at Nanjing Stomatology Hospital from January 2011 to March 2013.Information included tooth type,the length of separated fragments,the location of the fragments in root canal,the preoperative diagnosis and the outcome of these cases were collected.Results Overall,weighted mean healing for the teeth with a retained instrument fragment was 80.0％.Healing rate was 71.4％ for the teeth suffering from apical inflammation before treatment and 84.6％ for pulpitis.Conclusion The outcome of endodontic treatment when a separated fragment is left within root canal is not significantly reduced.关键词
