摘要

Abstract

The aim of this study was to investigate the changes of expression of BAD gene in ovary under different estrus status in Aohan fine-wool sheep and the changes of reproductive hormone,this study explored the mechanism of BAD gene regulation in seasonal estrus control of AoHan fine-wool sheep.This study chose the AoHan fine-wool which is seasonal estrous sheepas the research model,First,the concentrations of FSH,LH,E2 and P4 in blood were measured by radioimmunoassay method.Then,its expression variations in ovary of anestrous stage,proestrus stage,peak estrous stage and dioestrus stage were detected by using qRT-PCR.The result showed that the expression levels of BAD gene were extremely high than anestrous,proestrus and dioestrus (P<0.01).The proestrus were extremely high than anestrous and dioestrus(P<0.01).The expression of anestrous and dioestrus is basically the same(P>0.05).The expression of BAD gene was highest in proestrus,meantime the concentration of E2 and LH was at a high level,but the concentration of P4 maintained in a relatively low level.It can be concluded that the expression of BAD gene may promote the increase of E2 and LH,inhibit the secretion of P4,and then regulate the oestrus of sheep.
