早期康复联合高压氧治疗对老年高血压脑出血患者神经功能及功能康复效果影响分析
Effect of early rehabilitation combined with hyperbaric oxygen therapy on neurological and rehabilitation function in elderly patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage

Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of early rehabilitation combined with hyperbaric oxygen therapy on neurological function and rehabilitation function in elderly patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage. Method From May 2016 to May 2017, 108 elderly patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage in our hospital were selected as the research objects, they were divided into control group (early rehabilitation therapy) and observation group (early rehabilitation combined with hyperbaric oxygen therapy), 54 cases in each group. Compared the neurological function, limb motor function psychologic status before and after treatment and the quality of life after treatment between the two groups. Result After treatment, the sensory symptoms and muscle strength of the two groups were significantly improved (P < 0.05), and the improvement of sensory symptoms and muscle strength in observation group was significantly better than that in control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the Fugl-Meyer assessment of motor function (FMA) score and the mini-mental status estimate (MMSE) score of the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment (P<0.05), and the National Institute of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) score and the European Stroke Scale (ESS) score were significantly lower than those before treatment (P<0.05). The FMA score and MMSE score in observation group were significantly higher than control group (P < 0.05), the NIHSS score and ESS score were significantly lower than control group (P < 0.05). The total health, vitality, physiological function, physiological function, mental health, emotional function, social function and somatic pain scores of observation group were significantly higher than control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The early rehabilitation combined with hyperbaric oxygen therapy can effectively restore the function of nerve and limb, improve the mental state and quality of life of patients.关键词
