The translation and application of enhanced recovery after surgery in pediatric cardiac surgery
摘要
Abstract
Enhanced recovery after surgery (ERAS) refers to a series of evidence-based medical evidence that has been used to confirm the effective treatment measures in perioperative pe-riod,which contributes to speed up the recovery of patients. Early clinical studies confirmed that standard ERAS helped to reduce or relieve traumatic stress reaction,to reduce postoperative adverse events,and to promote the rapid recovery of patients with improved prognosis. On the basis of the current status of concept of ERAS both at home and abroad,the development status of pediatric car-diac surgery,the importance and necessity of developing ERAS in pediatric cardiac surgery,and the specificity of developing ERAS in pediatric cardiac surgery,the authors make a point that the trans-lation and application of ERAS in pediatric cardiac surgery have important clinical value.关键词
