密闭式双联血液透析用体外循环管路在血液透析联合血液灌流治疗中的应用

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical application of closed-circuit extracorporeal circuit for hemodialysis in hemodialysis combined with hemoperfusion. Methods Sixty patients with maintenance hemodialysis from January 2014 to December 2015 were enrolled in this study.Hemodi-alysis and blood perfusion were randomly divided into control group and experimental group (n=30). Each patient underwent 10 rounds of treatment. In the control group, the conventional single straight tube was used to connect hemodialyzer and blood perfusion device. In the experimental group,the closed dialysis hemodialysis cardiopulmonary bypass was used to connect hemodialyzer and blood perfusion device. Conduct pipeline pre-flushing,the end of the treatment of the operation time,coagulation of the pipeline,nozzle exposure, such as blood drip were analyzed. Results In the experimental group,the operation time of the pre-flushing of the pipeline,the end of treatment, the incidence of blood perfusion of the blood perfusion device and the dialyzer were obviously less than those in control group. The incidence of orifice exposure and blood dripping were significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The closed double dialysis hemodialy-sis with extracorporeal circulation pipeline for hemodialysis combined with blood perfusion is superior to conventional pipeline,which is worth of clinical application.关键词
