Analysis on traditional Chinese medicine's syndrome differentiation and medication rule of viral myocarditis based on related medical record data

Abstract
Objective To explore dialectical theory of governance and prescription rule,ac-cording to relevant medical records of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) treatment in viral myo-carditis. Methods Based on effectively medical records collection and data analysis,entropy cluste-ring,association rules and other data analysis methods are used to figure out common syndrome dif-ferentiation,treatment and prescription of TCM therapy in viral myocarditis. Results According to systematic analysis of 90 related cases, common syndromes, rules of treatment, some type of TCM frequently used in prescription and association rules of medicine can be confirmed. Twenty two core combinations and 11 new prescriptions have been found. Conclusion TCM in treating viral myocar-ditis has certain regularity. The feasibility of this theory, syndrome differentiation and treatment of TCM in viral myocarditis,can be derived from TCM medical records,and the theory provides a new direction to the effective treatment of viral myocarditis.关键词
