海军潜艇某部艇员下腰痛的脊柱功能调查与分析
Investigation and analysis of the spinal function of low back pain in the submarine crew of a naval unit
摘要
Abstract
Objective To understand the development and current status of low back pain among the submarine crew,and analyze the influencing factors. Methods The general condition, professional,life style,working condition and low back pain status of submarine crews were collect-ed by using questionnaires. Only 423 submarine crews in a naval unit were effective in our research. According to admission,143 submarine crews with low back pain enrolled were used visual analogue scale (VAS), special-purpose physical examination and the disability degree based on the Ad-vanced Oswestry Disability Index (ODI). Results The incidence of low back pain in 423 subma-rine crews was 33.81%. There were significantly difference in VAS of four groups (P<0.05). The score of pain intensity was affected mostly in the group of ≥9 years (8.52±0.68). The total score of ODI in crew of low back pain was 37.92±3.22 points. The professional,service lives, the dura-tion of symptom,and injury had an influence on low back pain(P<0.05). Conclusion In subma-rine crew of low back pain, the incidence was higher, the spinal function was worse, and discom-forts influence the daily life. In order to reduce the crew's discomforts,we should give them health education and improve their awareness of this disease,and set up health habits of life.关键词
