药灸联合穴位自血疗法治疗变应性鼻炎的临床研究
Clinical Study on Allergic Rhinitis Treated by Medicinal Moxibustion Combined with Acupoints Autohemotherapy

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of medicinal moxibustion combined with acupoints autohemotherapy in the treatment of allergic rhinitis.Methods:164 patients with allergic rhinitis were randomly divided into the control group (n =82) and the observation group(n =82);the control group was given conventional treatment,and the observation group was given medicinal moxibustion combined with acupoints autohemotherapy.After treatment,the curative effect,patient's life quality,clinical symptom score were analyzed,and the serum levels of IgE,CD4+,CD3 +,IL-12,and IFN-γ were evaluated in the two groups.Results:The symptom scores of sneezing,runing nose,nasal obstruction,nasal itching,and nasal swelling became significantly lower after the treatment than those before the treatment in the both groups,in which the observation group was superior to the control group (P ＜ 0.05).The life quality,such as daily activity,sleep quality,non-nasal symptoms,nasal and optic symptoms,and mental state,was significantly improved after the treatment in the two groups,in which the observation group was superior to the control group (P ＜ 0.05).The marked effective rate was 28.05％ and the total efficacy was 74.39％ in the control group;whereas it was 42.68％ and 87.8％ correspondingly in the observation group,which was superior to the control group (P ＜ 0.05).There was no significant difference in terms of the levels of IgE,CD4 +,CD3 +,IL-12,and IFN-γ before and after the treatment in the control group(P ＞ 0.05);the level of IgE in the observation group was significantly decreased,and the levels of CD4 +,CD3 +,IL-12,and IFN-γ were greatly increased after the treatment(P ＜ 0.05);the observation group was superior to the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of medicinal moxibustion combined with acupoints autohemotherapy has obvious effect on allergic rhinitis,it can improve patient's life quality,relieve clinical symptoms,promote immune repair and improve the curative effect.关键词
