经络辨证与脏腑辨证对针灸治疗不寐的疗效比较
Comparison of Meridian Syndrome Differentiation and Viscera Syndrome Differentiation in the Treatment of Insomnia
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of meridian syndrome differentiation and viscera syndrome differentiation in the treatment of insomnia.Methods:70 patients were randomly divided into the meridian syndromes differentiation group(group A) and the viscera syndrome differentiation group (group B).Points were chosen according to different syndrome differentiation.The treatment was three times a week for four weeks.Clinical efficacy,Pittsburgh sleep quality index (PSQI),CPC-sleep quality,and the meridian status were evaluated before and after the treatment.Results:There were significant differences after the treatment between the two groups in terms of clinical efficiency,and scores of PSQI and CPC-sleep quality (P ＜ 0.05);negative and positive ratio was more closer to 1 in group A.Conclusion:Acupuncture therapy for insomnia can achieve better effect based on meridian syndrome differentiation,it can improve the sleep quality of insomnia patients,balance Yin and Yang state of the body more effectively.关键词
