电针拮抗肌结合Bobath疗法治疗中风后足内翻的临床研究
Clinical Study of Needling Antagonistic Muscle with Electro-acupuncture Combined with Bobath Therapy in the Treatment of Strephenopodia after Stroke

Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of needling antagonistic muscle with electro-acupuncture combined with Bobath therapy in the treatment of strephenopodia after stroke.Methods:120 patients with strephenopodia after stroke were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 60 cases in each group.The observation group was intervened by needling antagonistic muscle with electro-acupuncture combined with Bobath thearpy,whereas the control group was only treated with Bobath therapy.The degree of lower limb spasticity and motor function,daily life activity were compared between the two groups before and after the treatment,the clinical efficacy was evaluated with the modified Ashworth method.Results:The degree of lower limb spasticity was lower in the observation group than that in the control group (P ＜ 0.05);scores of Fugl-Meyer motor function in lower limbs and daily life activity were both higher in the observation group than those in the control group(P ＜ O.05).The total effective rate was 93.33％ in the observation group,compared to 85 ％ in the control group.Conclusion:The therapy of needling antagonistic muscle with electro-acupuncture combined with Bobath method can alleviate spasticity degree of lower limbs,correct strephenopodia and improve motor function in patients with strephenopodia after stroke,which is superior to single Bobath therapy.关键词
