Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of acupoint combination therapy (acupuncture combined with point injection) on cardiac function and inflammatory factors in CHF patients.Methods:100 patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group was treated with western medicine for CHF;on which basis,the observation group was also treated with acupuncture combined with point injection with Astragalus injection.After two-week treatment,clinical efficacy was evaluated in terms of left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVEDd),cardiac diastolic function index of E peak/A peak,left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),and inflammatory factors of TNF-α t,IL-6 and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP),as well as from the aspect of cardiac functional grading.Results:The overall effective rate was 92％ in the observation group,which was significantly higher than 74％ in the control group(P ＜0.05);the improvement of cardiac functional grading was also better in the observation group than that in the control group (P ＜0.05);the value of LVEDd was decreased,whereas the values of LVEF and E/A were increased in the two groups,in which the observation group improved more(P ＜0.05);the levels of TNF-α,IL-6 and hs-CRP decreased more significantly in the observation group than those in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:The acupoint combination therapy can improve cardiac function,inhibit the inflammatory reaction in CHF patients,and it is worthy of application and promotion.关键词
