针刺配合手法对脑卒中患者肢体功能恢复的影响
Effect of Acupuncture Combined with Massage Manipulations on Functional Recovery of Limbs in Stroke Patients

Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of acupuncture combined with massage manipulations on functional recovery of limbs in stroke patients,providing new evidence for its clinical application.Methods:90 stroke patients were randomly divided into the control group (n =45) and the observation group (n =45);the control group was treated with conventional functional rehabilitation,on which basis,the observation group was also given acupuncture combined with massage manipulations.Scales of STREAM and MBI were used to assess the limbs movement of the patients in the two groups.Results:After treatment,scales of STREAM and MBI were both significantly higher in the observation group than those in the control group (P ＜ 0.05);the total effective rate was 88.9％ in the observation group,which was also significantly higher than 62.22％ in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of acupuncture combined with massage manipulations can better improve the dysfunction of limbs in stroke patients,it is an effective treatment for hemiplegia after stroke.关键词
