Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of scalp point-to-point acupuncture combined with Dihuang Yinzi on treating dysphagia after stroke.Methods:60 patients with dysphagia after stroke were randomly divided into the treatment group (n =30) and the control group (n =30).The control group was treated with routine swallowing training,on which basis,the treatment group was also given acupuncture and Dihuang Yinzi.The treatment was once per day for fifteen days.Scores of Kubato water drinking test and TCM symptoms scale,as well as clinical efficacy were evaluated after the treatment in the two groups.Results:The improvements of Kubato water drinking test and TCM symptoms were significantly better in the treatment group than those in the control group(P ＜0.05);the total effective rate was 90％ in the treatment group,which was significantly higher than 66.7％ in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:It is a reliable therapy for dysphagia after stroke by scalp point-to-point acupuncture combined with Dihuang Yinzi.关键词
