Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of TCM comprehensive therapy in the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis(AS).Methods:190 AS patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 95 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with acupuncture,Chinese medication,and Huolong moxibustion;whereas the control group was only given the conventional western medication.The laboratory indexes and functional indexes were analyzed before and after the treatment in the two groups;also,the clinical efficacy was compared in the both groups.Results:The total efficacy was 96.84％ in the observation group,which was significantly higher than 81.05％ in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).There were also significant difference before and after the treatment in the two groups in terms of laboratory indexes,morning stiffness,rachialgia,BASDAI,BASFI,and BASMI (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:The TCM comprehensive therapy of acupuncture,Chinese medication and Huolong moxibustion has better curative effect on AS with its high practicability and achievable desired results,which can be popularized in clinical practice.关键词
