Effect of Eye-acupuncture on Neurological Defect during Acute Cerebral Infarction
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of eye-acupuncture on neurological defect in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods:84 patients were randomly divided into the control group (n =42) and the observation group(n =42).The control group was given basic treatment for acute cerebral infarction;on which basis,the observation group was also treated with eye-acupuncture.Clinical efficacy was measured by the neurological defect score after the treatment.Results:After the treatment,the degree of neurological impairment decreased significantly,the TCM syndromes integral were reduced,and the clinical efficacy was improved in the both groups,in which the observation group improved more (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Eye-acupuncture can effectively promote the recovery of neurological defect during the acute phase of cerebral infarction by stimulating periorbital meridian and collateral,as well as nerve center to activate muscles,which is worthy of clinical popularization and application.关键词
