Influences of Needling-warming Moxibustion on Secondary Amenorrhea of the Pattern of Cold Congealing with Blood Stasis: Study of Artery Blood Flow of the Ovary and the Uterine

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of needling-warming moxibustion on secondary amenorrhea of the pattern of cold congealing with blood stasis,and to explore its influence to artery blood flow of the ovary and the uterine.Methods:60 patients were randomly divided into the observation group(n =30) and the control group(n =30),the observation group was treated with needling-warming moxibustion and the control group was treated with conventional acupuncture.The clinical effect of the two groups were compared from the aspect of menstrual cycles,symptoms improvement,and the artery blood flow conditions of the ovary and the uterine,such as values of PSV,RI,and PI,being monitored by color ultrasound.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 86.7％,which was significantly higher than 73.3％ of the control group(P ＜ 0.05).The value of PSV was significantly increased,and the values of RI and PI were both greatly decreased in the both groups after the treatment(P ＜0.05);the improvement of artery blood flow of the ovary and the uterine was obviously better in the observation group than that in the control group(P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of needling-warming moxibustion is better than conventional acupuncture when treating secondary amenorrhea of the pattern of cold congealing with blood stasis,it can obviously improve the artery blood flow of the ovary and the uterine.关键词
