摘要

Abstract

Objective To investigate Th17 lymphocyte and inflammation-related cytokine levels in asthmatic mice and the mechanisms.Methods Twenty-four SPF Kunming mice were divided into normal control group and asthma model group with 12 in each group.The asthma model was induced by intraperitoneal injection with OVA suspension,the mice in the control group were given the same volume of normal saline.The morphological changes of lung tissue were observed,the inflammatory cells in brochoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF) were examined,inflammatory cytokines and Th17 cells in serum and BALF were determined in two groups.Results Histological examination showed a large number of neutrophils and eosinophils and increased positive staining area in lung tissue of asthma model group.Compared with control group,the total number of eosinophils,neutrophils,lymphocytes and other inflammatory cells in BALF of asthma model group were increased significantly;IL-4,IL-5,IFN-γ and IL-17 levels in BALF and'serum were increased significantly;and IL-10 levels in BALF and serum were decreased significantly (all P<0.05).Conclusion The increased inflammatory cells in BALF of asthma mice are correlated with the increased IL-4,IL-5,IFN-γ,IL-17 levels and decreased IL-10 levels in BALF and serum.
