miR-30c-1-3p在人结直肠癌组织中的表达及临床意义
Expression of miR-30c-1-3p in human colorectal cancer and its significance

Abstract
Objective To investigate the expression of miR-30c-1-3p in colorectal cancer and its relation to clinicopathological features.Methods Tissue specimens of colorectal cancer and pericancerous mucosa were collected from 52 patients with colorectal carcinoma admitted in our hospital.The expression levels of miR-30c-1-3p in cancer tissues and pericancerous tissues were detected by real time quantitative PCR method.The relationship of miR-30c-1-3p expression in colorectal cancer tissues with its clinopathological features was analyzed.Results The expression of miR-30c-1-3p in colorectal cancer tissues was significantly lower than that in pericancerous mucosa (P＜0.05).MiR-30c-1-3p expression levels were negatively correlated with lymph node metastasis and clinical stages (P＜0.05),while not correlated with gender,age,tumor sizes,tumor location,differentiation degrees and infiltration depth of colorectal cancer patients (all P ＞0.05).Conclusion The expression of miR-30c-1-3p is down-regulated in human colorectal cancer tissues,and the lower expression of miR-30c-1-3p is associated with lymph node metastasis and advanced clinical stages.关键词
