王绵之教授治疗中医脑病遣药用方规律分析
Rule of Formulas Prescribed by Professor WANG Mian-zhi in the Treatment of Brain Diseases

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the rule of the formulas prescribed by Professor WANG Mian-zhi in the treatment of brain diseases using TCMISSV2.5 (traditional Chinese medicine inheritance support system) and SPSS19.0.Methods:The formulas treating brain diseases were collected from 1994 to 1997,to establish the database,frequency and association rules of the Chinese medicinal,and the key medicinal in the formulas were analyzed;the properties,flavors and meridian tropism of the medicinal were carried out by systematic cluster analysis methods.Results:77 formulas treating brain diseases were included,a total of 95 kinds of herbs were involved,there were 16 core compatibility,8 new prescriptions,and 15 high-frequency medicinal groups.Conclusion:When treating brain diseases,professor Wang focuses on regulating the imbalance of Liver,Heart,Spleen and Kidney,especially invigorating Kidney and Liver,reinforcing Qi and nourishing blood,promoting Qi and removing blood stasis to resolve phlegm.It provides effective guidance to TCM treatment for brain diseases.关键词
