类合谷刺法结合温针灸治疗原发性三叉神经痛的临床疗效观察
Clinical Observation of Analogous Triple-directional Needling with Needle-warming Moxibustionon on Primary Trigeminal Neuralgia
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of analogous triple-directional needling with needle-warming moxibustion for primary trigeminal neuralgia.Methods:A total of 60 patient were randomly divided into the observation group (n =30) and the control group (n =30).The observation group was given analogous triple-directional needling with needle-warming moxibustion,and the control group was treated with common acupuncture with needle-warming moxibustion.The curative effects were analyzed after two courses of treatment(six days was one course,with an interval of one day between the courses).Results:There were 4 healed cases,17 excellent cases,7 effective cases,and 2 invalid cases in the observation group,with a total effective rate of 93％;whereas,in the control group,there was 2 healed cases,10 excellent cases,8 effective cases,and 10 invalid cases,with a total effective rate of 67％;the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Analogous triple-directional needling with needle-warming moxibustion has better curative effect on primary trigeminal neuralgia,which is worthy of clinical application.关键词
