星点设计-效应面法优选穿山龙咀嚼片提取工艺
Optimal Extraction Process of Dioscorea nipponica Makino Tablets by Central Composite Design Response Surface Method

Abstract
Objective:To optimize the extraction process of Dioscorea nipponica Makino tablets by central composite design response surface method(ccd-rsm).Methods:Ethanol concentration,extraction time,solvent ratio were taken as independent variables with diosgenin content as dependent variable,through multiple linear regression and binomial fitting each level of independent variables,using the response surface method to select out the best technology,and carried on the forecast analysis.Results:The optimum extraction process was 8 times of 80% ethanol,twice extraction,each time for 120min,and the average deviation between the predicted and theoretical values was 1.4%,and the binomial fitting complex correlation coefficient was 0.976 9.Conclusion:Method of ccd-rsm was used to optimize the extraction process of Dioscorea nipponica Makino tablets,the method has the characteristic of easiness,high precision,and good predictability.关键词
