女贞子中齐墩果酸提取制备与含量测定方法的研究进展
Extraction and Determination Methods of Oleanolic Acid in Ligustrum lucidum Ait.
摘要
Abstract
Ligustrum lucidum Ait.has been used for at least 2000 years as a common herbs to nourish liver and kidney in Chinese materia medica.2015 edition of Pharmacopoeia records 115 kinds of Chinese patent medicines containing L.lucidum Ait.,which are used widely in clinical application.Oleanolic Acid(OA) having a variety of pharmacological activities,especially on liver,is one of the main active ingredients in L.lucidum Ait.,and it is regarded as the quality controlling index of Ligustrum lucidum Ait.In the last ten years,new extraction technologies and methods for the determination of OA were put forward.So this study summarized the research progress of extraction and determination methods of OA in L.lucidum Ait.In recent years,providing reference for the reform of Chinese patent medicines and providing theoretical foundation for its quality control.关键词
