精准医学背景下的传统配伍与有效组分配伍
Role of Traditional Compatibility and Components Compatibility under the Background of Precision Medicine
摘要
Abstract
Theory and clinical practice of herbal compatibility are the core contents of TCM formula,developed from the dynamic integration of holistic,macroscopic and pattern differentiation of TCM and the theory of four properties and five flavor,features of ascending and descending, and meridian tropism of Chinese materia medica.It is not only the re-search focus of TCM formula,but also the basic elements of formula constituting,applying and analyzing.The effective component compatibility,is derived from the mindset of herb combination,with modern pharmacology as the tool,to re-construct and redesign the compatibility to microscopic target and molecular level.It has the advantages of relative less pharmaceutical composition with definite and stable pharmacological effects.This article discussed the characteristics of the two different compatibility pattern and their mutual relation with precision medicine and future development.关键词
