药理效应法测定蓬子菜总黄酮在大鼠体内的药动学参数

Abstract
Objective:To study the pharmacokinetics parameters of total flavonoids from Galium verum L.in rats by the method of pharmacological effect.Methods:The increasing activity of GSH -PX was taken as evaluation index of phar-macology effect.Pharmacokinetics parameters of total flavonoids from Galium Verum L.in rats were determined by phar-macological effect method.Results:T1/2a was 1.23 h,0.93 h,and 0.97 h and T1/2βwas 11.84 h,12.06 h,and 16.51 h respectively for low-dose,medium-dose and high-dose of total flavonoids from Galium verum L.;AUC0-t was 143.43 mg· L-1· h-1,206.25 mg· L-1· h-1,and 275.92 mg· L-1· h-1;AUC0-∞was 181.02 mg· L-1 · h-1,231.74 mg· L-1· h -1,and 295.06 mg· L-1· h-1; Tmax was both 2 h.Conclusion: The pharmacokinetic process of total flavonoids with different doses in rats was best fitted to two compartment model.The AUC-dose rela-tions were evaluated to be liner.关键词
