黄连四个部位中五种生物碱含量和生物积累量分析研究
Contents and Bioaccumulate of Five Alkaloids in Four Parts of Coptis Chinensis
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To compare the contents and bioaccumulate of five kinds of alkaloids(berberine,coptisine,palma-tine,epiberberine and jatrorrhizine)from four different parts of Coptis chinensis(rhizome,fibrous root,stem and leaf), thus to provide reference for comprehensive utilization of non -medicinal parts(fibrous root,stem and leaf)of this herb. Methods:Three batches of Coptis chinensis in Enshi area were used as the study subject,the contents,biomass and bio-accumulate of five kinds of alkaloids from four different parts of this herb were analyzed by HPLC.Results: The con-tents,biomass and bioaccumulate of alkaloids in the non -medicinal parts were much higher;the contents of berberine, coptisine,palmatine,epiberberine and jatrorrhizine in the non -medicinal parts were 14.7%,20.8%,7.5%,17.8%and 31.9%respectively compared to the whole plant.Conclusion:The alkaloids in the non -medicinal parts of Coptis chinensis should be made full use.关键词
