化瘀温胆汤对糖耐量低减大鼠肝细胞线粒体SOD及MDA水平的影响
Effect of Huayu Wendan Decoction on SOD and MDA in Hepatocellular Mitochondria of Rats with IGT
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the effect of Huayu Wendan Decoction on SOD and MDA in hepatocellular mitochondria of rats with impaired glucose tolerance(IGT).Methods:IGT rats model was established by high fat and high sugar diet for 20 weeks,and the model rats were divided into the model group,Huayu Wendan Decoction group,Metformin group;normal rats were taken as the blank control.FPG and 2hPG,as well as the contents of SOD and MDA in hepatocellular mitochondria were tested after four -week administration.Results:The level of FPG,2hPG and MDA were significantly lower,and SOD content was significantly higher in Huayu Wendan Decoction group and Metformin group than those in the model group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Huayu Wendan Decoction may play the role of treating IGT by inhibiting the oxidative stress response of hepatocellular mitochondrial.关键词
