知柏地黄丸化裁方治疗特发性性早熟疗效观察
Curative Effect of Modified Zhibai Dihuang Pill on ICPP
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of modified Zhibai Dihuang Pill on idiopathic central precocious pu -berty(ICPP).Methods:50 children with ICPP were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 25 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with modified Zhibai Dihuang Pill(twice per day);whereas,the control group was treated with Zhibai Dihuang Pill(twice per day).The hight(H), weight(W), BMI, BA/CA,GV,diameters of mammary node and maximum follicle,and levels of LH, FSH, E2 and IGF-1 were com-pared before and after the treatment between and within the two groups.Results: There were no significant differences between two groups in terms of H,W,BMI,BA/CA,and GV before and after the treatment(P>0.05).In terms of diameters of mammary node and maximum follicle, there were also significant differences between before and after the treatment in the observation group,and between the observation group and the control group(P<0.05,P<0.01).In terms of LH level,there were significant differences between the before and after the treatment in the observation group, and between the observation group and the control group(P<0.05,P<0.01).In terms of IGF-1,there were no sig-nificant differences between the two groups before and after the treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion:Modified Zhibai Di-huang Pill is better than Zhibai Dihuang Pill in inhibiting ICPP,which mechanism may be associated with the inhibition of LH secretion.关键词
