中医药调控胃癌细胞凋亡作用机制
Action Mechanism of TCM Regulating Apoptosis in Gastric Cancer
摘要
Abstract
Apoptosis is a kind of programmed cell death, which is closely related to the pathogensis, development and treatment of cancer.Chinese medicine has played an important role in the prevention and treatment of gastric carcinoma, it can promote apoptosis through regulating multiple signal pathways, such as Siteng Formula, Shancigu and Sheliugu can promote apoptosis of gastric cancer cells through mitochondrial pathway.Kang'ai Ling,Nansheteng and Polyphyllin induce apoptosis of gastric cancer cells via the regulation of death receptor pathway.Luteolin, Periplocoside and El-emene promote apoptosis by regulating the MAPK pathway in gastric cancer cells.Nansheteng,Bufalin and Luteolin af-fect PI3K/Akt pathway to induced apoptosis.Ursolicacid,Geridonin and Paclitaxel induce apoptosis through PTEN sig-nal pathway.关键词
