Mechanism Research Progress of Shikonin Promoting Wound-healing
摘要
Abstract
Wound-healing is a complex,regulating process in response to tissue injury.Its mechanism includes inflam-mation reaction,proliferation of fibrous tissue,and scar formation.Shikonin,as a compound extracted from Lithosper-mum,possesses many bioactivities,such as anti-tumor,anti-inflammation, accelerating wound -healing,anti-in-fection,anti-oxidation,and anti-thrombosis.In particular,its anti-inflammatory and anti-tumor effects have been proved by a lot of experimental studies.This study focused on reviewing the mechanism of Shikonin promoting wound -healing,based on the introduction of Shikonin and its effect on wound -healing process,so as to provide reference for its application and action mechanism in dermatology.关键词
