L-精氨酸对冬季低温下产蛋初期攸县麻鸭产蛋、血液指标和肝脏抗氧化功能的影响
Effects of L-arginine on laying performance, blood biochemical indices and liver antioxidant function of Youxian ducks during the earlier laying period under low-temperature in winter

Abstract
The research was aimed to study the effects of dietary L-arginine (Arg) level on laying performance,blood biochemical indices and liver antioxidant function of Youxian ducks during the earlier laying period under low-temperature in winter.A total of 240 healthy Youxian ducks (90 days of age) with nearly the same body weight were selected and randomly assigned to 4 groups with 6 replicates in each group and 10 ducks in each replicate.Under low-temperature in winter,ducks were fed with the basal diet supplemented with 0.0% (CK),0.2% (group Ⅰ),0.5% (Group Ⅱ),or 0.8% (Group Ⅲ) L-Arg.The experiment lasted for 42 days.The experimental results showed that:ducks in group Ⅱ significantly increased the laying rate at the second,third,and fourth week and the total laying rate (P<0.05).There was no significant difference (P>0.05) in liver and kidney weight between treatment groupa and the control.The serum uric acid in group Ⅰ was significantly decreased (P<0.05).Meanwhile,the globulin content in group Ⅱ and the serum direct bilirubin concentration in group Ⅲ were significantly decreased (P<0.05).The contents of SOD (superoxide dismubase) and CAT (catalase) in the liver of group Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ were significantly increased,while the content of MDA (malonaldehyde) was significantly decreased (P<0.05) compared with the control.In conclusion,basal diet supplemented with 0.568%-0.593% L-Arg could improve the laying rate and liver antioxidant capacity of Youxian ducks during the earlier laying period under low-temperature in winter.关键词
