Design and synthesis of daidzein naphthalene sulfonic acid esters
摘要
Abstract
In order to improve the inhibitory activity of daidzein on the abnormal proliferation of vascular smooth muscle cells,we designed and synthesized a series of daidzein naphthalene sulfonic acid ester derivatives based on the principles of kinetophore transformation,and their structures were characterized by IR,MS,elemental analysis and 1H NMR spectral data.The synthesis process of key intermediate 2 was optimized in five aspects of time,temperature,the ratio of reactants,the ratio of solvent to catalyst,and the ratio of reactant to catalyst.These compounds could be further employed to inhibit the abnormal proliferation of vascular smooth muscle cells.关键词
