白及粉品种近红外快速定性鉴别模型的建立
Establishment of Rapid NIRS Qualitative Identification Model of Rhizoma Bletilla Powder Varieties

Abstract
Objective:A qualitative analysis model of Rhizoma Bletilla Powder was established by using near infrared reflectance spectroscopy (NIRS) technology to provide a simple method for judging the drug varieties of Rhizoma Bletilla powder.Methods:After collecting the near-infrared spectrogram of different varieties of Rhizoma Bletilla powder samples,the identification model was established by clustering analysis method,and the external validation and internal validation of the model were carried out.Results:In wavelength range of 4000 ～ 10000 cm-1,Rhizoma Bletilla powder was able to get together.The accuracy rate of internal validation was 100％ and that of external validation was 90％.Conclusion:Using NIRS technology to identify Rhizoma Bletillae powder is accurate,quick and easy,which provides a rapid method for the identification of Rhizoma Bletillae powder and congeneric medical materials.关键词
