针刺治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫的临床随机对照研究
A randomized Controlled Study of Acupuncture for Diabetic Gastroparesis

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effects of selecting different acupoint sites in the treatment of diabetic gastroparesis (DGP).Methods:Based on the randomized controlled trial,60 patients with DGP from Shunyi Hospital of Beijing Hospital of TCM were randomly divided into two groups,Zusanli + Zhongwan (local selection group) and Zusanli + Neiguan (distal selection group).Acupuncture treatment with once a day,5 times per week,totally 20 times were received by these two groups.The Gastroparesis Cardinal Symptom Index (GCSI) was used as the main outcome,Self-rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) and Self-rating Depression Scale (SDS) were used as the secondary outcome.Results:Comparison before and after the treatment,the scores of GCSI,SAS and SDS were improved after the treatment in both groups.The local selection group was superior to the distal selection group in improving satiety,early satiety,postprandial fullness and bloating symptoms of DGP.Conclusion:Acupuncture with either local selection or distal selection acupoints can improve the symptoms and mood of DGP,but the difference between the two still need clinical trials of large sample to prove.关键词
