从“瘀热”辨治慢性前列腺炎的临证思路与经验
Clinical Thoughts and Experience in Chronic Prostatitis from Treatment of "Blood Stasis and Heat"
摘要
Abstract
The "blood stasis heat" theory was not discussed in classical chinese medicine works.According the years of clinical experience,chinese medicine Professor Master Zhou Zhong-ying made a systemic discussion on the "blood stasis heat" theory based on the previous scatted elaboration.Professor Zhou believed that " blood stasis heat" is a disease with a wide range,which can be seen in many diseases,such as exogenous disease,internal injury and so on,most of which are difficult cases.Under the guidance of his "blood stasis heat" theory,and through our literature analysis combined with clinical practice,we preliminarily discussed its pathogenesis concept,clinical manifestation,syndrome differentiation,treatment prescription characteristics and clinical experience in a common disease in Traditional Chinese Medicine calling chronic prostatitis,in order to enrich the "blood stasis heat" pathogenesis theory and to guide clinical practice.关键词
