摘要

Abstract

Urban design is a three-dimensional design of cities' physical environment involving various elements such as people,nature and society.It plays a key role in promoting the quality of urbanization in China.For a long time,urban design management has proven to be difficult although urban design theory and methods in China have experienced significant advancement.This is because much control elements are lost once finely designed blueprints are translated into planning management language.This paper expounds in detail the problem and threshold of translating urban design requirements into management tools,and constructs a system of digital control indicators.While structural and spatial elements of urban design are converted into digital language,rules and standards for intelligent control is also proposed in this article.These elements together form the digital management platform of urban design which contains 4 core functions ——the digital assistant design,design review,implementation assessment,and public participation.It uses basic sandbank and big data visualization as a support technology,avails multi-sectoral collaborative management platform for the operation,and encourages dynamic public scrutiny in the process of public participation.
