摘要

Abstract

The application of information technology has a great impact on the industrial field.Panasonic Welding Systems (Tangshan) Co.,Ltd.,(PWST) combines digital technology and information technology in welding equipment,and develops an information welding management system "iWeld".After more than 10 years of development,iWeld has completed the transition from version 1 to 5,made extensive market applications in multiple segments,and accumulated rich experience.This paper introduces the application case of iWeld in the welding industry of high-speed train,which is a targeted scheme according to the actual demand and development direction of the user.Finally realize the ultimate goal of lean workshop operation,quality improvement and efficiency in information transformation of welding equipment,optimization of production task execution flow,guarantee of product welding quality and data mining ways,and help customers move forward on the goal of intelligent manufacturing transformation.
