摘要

Abstract

The influence of different pulse frequency on the weld formation and microstructure of A6N01 aluminum alloy welded joint is studied.The results show that the different pulse frequencies have no obvious influence on the formation and defects of the weld.The microstructure of weld joints with different pulse frequency is typical dendritic structure.The fusion zone is columnar structure near the weld side,and the other side is equiaxed crystal near the base.The grain size of heat affected zone is larger than that of parent metal.The parent material is a typical recrystallized tissue.It can be considered to choose different pulse frequencies for welding.
