焊接方法对铁路撤叉用ZGMn13焊接接头组织和性能的影响
Affection of welding methods on the microstructure and mechanical properties on the ZGMn13 which was used on frog of the railway stainless steel welded joint
摘要
Abstract
Microstructure and mechanical properties of the ZGMn13 welding joints were tested which were made by the laser-arc hybrid welding and SMAW.The results shows that:Laser-arc hybrid welding can improve the productivity greatly.Both the weld joints got excellent properties.Precipitation of saturated carbides were found in the heated affected zone of both methods.The weld joint of laserarc hybrid welding shows more excellent toughness properties as the less precipitation content and smaller grain size.关键词
